yeah... thats a good point... but if u really think about it... there arent any bike frames on the market right now that are actually that much better than other bike (excluding the yeti 303) as far as geometry wise... now its all about making them look cooler and giving them cooler names so that people who are sooooo sick like bourdon, bass, the lacondaguy bros, kyle strait and bearclaw will ride them... well that and those guys all wanna be paid more to ride their bikes....

dont get mad at me for you not understanding that an aluminum frame will eventually crack due to fatigue stress... i was just sayin that if u ride it hard... which u do by lookin at yer photos... it will eventually develope a crack... so i was stating that i would ride that bike untill the frame cracked because it is a sweet bike...

when it was new it was prolly worth 2400... but i wouldnt wanna buy a rear air shock used... just cuz its something that i dont know enough about to rebuild it if it breaks...

they did it to keep the sprung weight down... its the way that it should be... it makes the suspension work better

its a lighter design to design a shock in tension rather than compression... its a shame it didnt catch on in the xc department...

i'd say that no one would pay more than 1200 for it... the air shock is cool... but sketchy... and the sherman is heavy... but its a nasty ride... i wouldnt get rid of that till the frame cracked...

hey man u prolly wanna gusset the head tube... i am assuming that this is a choromo build, but if u dont gusset the headtube, the downtube and top tube will put torque's on each other and will eventually fail... so u really need a gusset to be fundamentally sound....
